We are veteran operators with multiple software exits behind us — not advisors. Our co-founders helped build, scale, and exit three bootstrapped software companies: Procentive (EHR), BillCare (medical billing), and Tevera (EdTech). Five operators who have held the integrator, CFO, engineering, GTM, and founder seats, through SOC 2 and ISO certifications.
